Kerri:
Hi, I was out surfing some this morning and came by. I have a question. What is "DeviantArt"? Is it just a name or a type? I enjoyed browsing some of your pictures. I do wonder at the cats with wings. You must know some cats I don't know..... the ones I know aren't angels

Silly me.
I've been spending more and more time on my each of my ACEOs, rather than less and less as I had originally hoped. I had assumed that as I got used to this small format I would be able to plan and execute then in rapid order. What I didn't count on was the ROYAL SOCIETY OF MINIATURE PAINTERS, SCULPTORS AND GRAVERS butting in. After visiting their site I've been unable to shake the urge to add more and more detail into my drawings/paintings.
Heres one available on Ebay:

and a detail:
You may have noticed that the scanner washed out some of the finer details, but if not, now you know.
I know exactly what you mean here Leah! The last couple of ACEOs I've done have had way too much time spent on them - I couldn't bear to auction them on eBay, I'd never get enough money for them! Instead, I've been playing around scanning/editing images of them to see what kind of prints I can produce with them.
Thats a good idea, I should spend some time messing about with my camera to see if I can figure out the best setup. It would be nice to be able to take the "This looks better in real life" disclaimer out of my listings :)
